• Conduct safety meeting or toolbox meeting once a week.
• Proper orientation of Safety rules & regulations for new employees.
• Obtain required working permits for every restricted area such as flammable areas, hydrocarbon area, etc.
• Conduct on the job training on proper use of basic tools, cartridge tools & machine-operatic tools.
• Maintain accident log recording all pertinent information to the accident.
• Assures that all workers (personnel) work safety within the guidelines of safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct respiration training and proper way of use fire extinguisher and what type of fire extinguisher to be used.
• Conduct and maintain a log of fire-extinguisher inspection. Review and evaluate safety reports.
• Maintain and keep record of rigging and lifting equipment on site.
• Inspect electrical equipment for proper grounding.
• Monitor all areas for safety violations and hazards.
• Inspect and maintain housekeeping in all areas.
• Monitor heavy lifts for proper equipment usage.
• Complete necessary inspection reports for lifting equipment.
• Maintain proper safety equipment at necessary location including health and sanitation in all designated areas.
• Complete weekly site inspection form and review with the superintendent.
