•Complete end-2-end responsibility of the Projects, starting from Concept phase, Requirement definition, Design, Development, Verification and to Validation of Product.
•Accountable to deliver Projects for Computed Tomography Scanners (CT); for the PHILIPS Spectral, Big Bore, Ingenuity and iCT and Molecular Imaging; CT and PET scanners families.
•Currently, leading a team of Project Managers (PMO) to cater 7 CT PHILIPS projects simultaneously, which are associated with the PHILIPS CT & PET product lines, like Spectral, Big Bore and Ovation etc.
•Successfully lead the team to release of more than 5 projects starting from Concept phase to release to Market. Some releases being in Q1 2016 and delivery of flagship project of PHILIPS CT in Q4 2016.
•Report to Director PMO CT.
•Stakeholder management for different set of cross-functional stakeholders across globe, mostly in China, Germany, Netherlands, Israel, Australia and US.
•Successfully orchestrating and resource planning of the team of over 40+ developers and 20+ verification engineers, to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
•Vendor and procurement management for sub-contracting for fixed price and time-material projects.
•Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and proud to marry Agile with strict regulatory processes.
