• Hands on expertise on Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, SEO and Reverse SEO marketing, identifying and tying up with online marketing partners, job portals
• Planned and organized target customer centric events for product promotion/ sales and cross marketing
• Training co-ordination, yearly calendar planning and implementation/ management.

Daily:
• Market for the specific zone/region and follow up with the leads.
• Monitoring the team in terms of effort and result and track the numbers for each of the upcoming program.
• Handling sales escalations.
• Focusing on large accounts of public workshops.
• Handling and focusing on in-company/ in-house contracts.
Weekly:
• Weekly marketing tracking sheet - Keep a track of entire team figures, franchisee figures, web-site enquiries/SEM tracking and prepare the consolidated report and giving the figures (booking, collection, outstanding) for weekly tracker.

• Program Status sheet - Communicate the status, no. of participant details to the admin In-charge/franchisee for the timely booking of venue, stay to be provided for participants, and travel tickets, courseware, CDs, inserts.
• Prepare the profitability sheet for programs conducted previous week.
• Support any franchisee/ participant issue on post training.
• Communicate the status, no. of participant details for each program to the admin In-charge/AM-CAMI.
• Reminders and advocacy scores for his region should be sent by him.
Monthly:
• Prepare the commission statement, faculty payment sheet and for each program/ get approval by product manager
• Review and report on all marketing activities and results.
• Review the interview schedules per location and ensure the profiles/requisite material is ready (4 months)
