•Developing and maintaining relationship with Key Local/National level accounts in order to position BRITA as a preferred partner.
•Strategically planning and negotiating product mix, display planogram, payouts and volumes to improve sales and profitability.
•Maintain account health by documenting scheme, payout and offer communication and concluding/settling the same as per the timeline discussed to avoid any difference in accounts.
•Planning and executing brand activation & promotional offers for Key Accounts whenever needed to increase brand presence, boost sales volume and profitability.
•Developing business relationship, increasing brand share by gaining strategic advantage over competition at Key Accounts.
•Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and developing solutions to meet their requirements very closely.
•Work with the local business partners or independently when appropriate to introduce / demonstrate BRITA products & services.
•Ensure correct products and services are delivered to such Key customers in a timely manner.
•Serve as the link of communication between key customers and BRITA India.
•Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
•Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
•Keeping management fully informed on business partners staff development, key market conditions, competitive activity and any relevant problems in the territory via monthly reports or sooner if needed.
Developing and maintaining channel partners, to improve business and obtain organization objectives.
•Developing good & healthy business relationship with channel partners to ensure smoother operations in terms of value and volume.
•Closely monitoring distributor’s inventory, product mix, accounts and payments to maintain continuity in business and avoid channel blocks.
•Ensuring timely communication and execution of schemes and offers, to leverage the potential and optimize business cum profitability.
•Motivating team and utilizing their skills to obtain maximum results and collaborate when and where ever necessary to obtain results
•Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of value chain to minimize distortion.
