reports directly to the Head of Warehouse, leads team of 10 direct hires and 15 contractor staffs to support Company’s strategic objectives.
•Coordinates with in-house maintenance, engineering, venture & finance teams as well as liaises with project stakeholders including clients.

to the leadership team CEO, VP, & GM, led a team of 10+ consultants, in leading ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified consulting firm to implement CMMS, review spare part inter-changeability & manage enterprise asset management.
•Prepared purchase specification, class characteristic based cataloguing & MESC material codification & cataloguing.
•Planned set-up centralized & decentralized warehouse operations & extended full start-up assistance.
•Prepared database for CMMS (Material & EQDB), spearheaded CMMS customisation & offered implementation support.

•Built excellent knowledge of Shell MESC & CMT, IHS Intermat catalogue management tools to catalogue over 500K SKUs for various industries.
