Key Result Areas
* Overseeing, reviewing and certifying land surveys and supervising the process of establishing position and detailed
layout of new structures such as roads or buildings for subsequent construction.
* Reviewing and approving legal descriptions for land acquisition to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Conceptualizing detailed project reports and project execution plans by discussing with consultant.
* Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics and monitoring project status during the course of
periodic project, review meetings.
* Supervising administrative, professional and technical employees involved in conducting land surveys
* Consulting with client departments to determine needs, recommend services and recommend the most effective ways
to provide services.
* Networking with consultants, contractors to ascertain technical specifications.
