➢ Preparing of sales Quotations & Invoices.
➢ Maintaining office Petty cash Flow and Books of accounts.
➢ Follow up on outstanding Payments.
➢ Bank Reconciliations.
➢ Timely preparation and disbursement of salaries.
➢ Responsible for office communication written or verbal in
form of Letter, Email, Telephone.
➢ Issuing of payments after due date.
➢ Co-ordination with Auditor.
➢ Annual Stock Checking and maintaining.
➢ Preparing weekly reports of accounts.
