Minor : 16 bit spanning tree carry look ahead adder using VHDL
The binary adder is the critical element in most digital circuit designs including digital signal processors (DSP) and microprocessor data path units. As such, extensive research continues to be focused on improving the power delay performance of the adder. In VLSI implementations, parallel-prefix adders are known to have the best performance this project for simulation we use Modelsim for logical verification, and further synthesizing it on Xilinx-ISE tool .
•Major : Cellphone charging using wasted heat of laptop
While using the laptops most of the heat gets waste and this heat is very harmful for the human body therefore we have used this wasted heat for charging our cellphone. For achieving this goal we have amplified small amount of heat into required amount of electricity to charge cellphone by using peltier tile and PIC micro controller for interfacing. Debugging of chip is done in MPLAB software and coding is done in embedded c language
