clarifications (Technical Queries).
Coordinate with procurement department for delivery of project
materials as per schedule.
Facilitate timely release of inputs to procurement and coordinate
issue of Purchase Order & Subcontract Order.
Conduct work planning meetings and progress review meetings
with Client, Subcontractor and Project
team, highlight and liaise critical issues and constraints to
expedite the progress.
Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting for client,
subcontractor & internal progress review meetings.
Coordinate project close out and Prepare Final Invoice.
Prepare Planning close out report and archiving of planning
information of the project.
