• Define KPI for maintenance management function in line with business objective.
• Develop, schedule, implement and manage plant maintenance system to ensure productivity, quality and safety.
• Identify and manage plant reliability risks, which can affect plant and business performance identify, suggest the engineering solution to mitigate.
• To develop PDM program & Asset Integrity Program (MI) in accordance with RAGAEP.
• To conduct RCA of plant risk & suggest short- & long-term engineering solution.
• Identify area for implementing RAM Engineering and prepare implementation plan & guide the team.
• To develop cost effective reliability-based maintenance program through vendor identification, evaluation, qualification and providing technical inputs.
• To identify, coordinate and develop alternate supplier through reverse engineering wherever applicable.
• Project support for debottlenecking & new projects. Participate in technical discussion with EPC contractor, approving equipment data sheet, P&ID and other engineering documents.
