• Maintenance planning and audit document preparation.
• Hydraulic circuit design and modification on the hydraulic system, to reduce the cycle time of machine.
• Associated in Mechanical maintenance planning, and breakdown Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance,
Preventive Maintenance.
• Associated in material procurement, and supplier development.
• Well acquainted with SAP end user (MM), MES, MS Excel;
• Skilled in handling large sets of data, 5S, QC project, FMEA, Why- Why Analysis.
• Analytical and quality-oriented with an eye for detail; strong interpersonal & problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle large teams and a good team player.
• Pan-India exposure; high understanding and familiarity across different regions and cultures; Open to travel.
• Leading the projects to achieve the organisation goal.
Job profile
Working in Hydraulic and mechanical maintenance.
Working in Rexroth, Yuken, and Hydac made hydraulics equipment.
Well familiar with Sinter plant and Pipe mill LSAW plant maintenance and operation activities.
Spare part planning and monitoring.
Indent and inspection of spare items.
Responsible for the modification and smooth running of hydraulic systems.
Working with tools like 5S, QC project, FMEA, Sujhav and Six Sigma.
Maintaining the documents as per the SOP.
Well familiar and working in SAP especially Plant Maintenance & Material Management module.
Optimum utilization of available resources and manpower.
