Preparation and review of SLD preparations, load list, Cable Schedule, lighting & power layout, earthing, cable tray, ups and detector layout
Preparation of preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis )
Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare materials and labor cost estimation and bid prices
Visiting Site / attending pre- bid meetings and discussing project scope of work with client.
Prepare technical and commercial bid follow until finalization.
Conducting negations, identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations Preparation.
Pricing of variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Order (VO).
Finalize and Price negotiation with vendors and issue purchase order to them
Update the project cost progress and measure cost variance.
Provide and maintain all back up documentations required for claims / invoices.
Knowledge of online tender submission (BRAVO, ARIBA, SAP, SCOOT, NVIDIA, etc.).

Preparation of Schematic drawings & preliminary design drawings, derivation of BOQ from drawings.
Verification of BOQ, pricing of the material by floating local enquiries to local & overseas suppliers, estimation of installation Man hours.
Preparation of Cost Comparison Statement, preparation of labor histograms, 'S' Curves
Prepare and send Vendor Inquiry, Co-ordination/ liaison with sub-contractors/ suppliers for inviting tender quotations, check for compliance of specifications.
Address tender Technical queries to the consultants for the clarification of any ambiguities passing on information to sub-contractor/ suppliers.
Prepare alternative proposal with value engineering to reduce the cost.
Coordinate all project related activities with other departments and sections to ensure effective integration of tasks and minimize potential delays.
Follow up with clients on approvals and instructions, attend client meetings and liaise with client on all issue of the project deliverables.

Prepared preliminary and detail engineering design, tender documents, Boq, Load List, Cable schedule, SLD, Lighting & Power, PA System, Earthing, cable Tray, UPS and Detector layout etc.
Prepared transformers, DG, UPS and CT/PT size selection and data sheet
Heat load calculation, equipment selection of indoor and outdoor for Residential & Commercial Project
Attend client meetings with finalizing with project cost

Responsibilities:

Draft and submit engineering change orders for review.
Effectively manage resources, create project schedules and maintain department budgets.
