JOB EXPERIENCE:

•Maintain complete Books of Accounts independently up to finalization.
•Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement thru system.
•Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, Daily sales account, Cash deposit & Accrued visa receivable account.
•Conducting periodical physical verification of Fixed Assets, Stock and conducting stock audits.
•Preparation of monthly reports on payables.
•Handling Petty cash and main cash transactions.
•Monitor the Accounts Payable and schedule payments to suppliers.
•Accounts Receivable records are kept update perpetually and reconciling AR balance with customer statements and ageing analysis.
•General Ledger and related party accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and confirmations obtained monthly.
•Ensure all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties are made according to company policies and procedures.
