Role - Managing Quality control activities like online quality control, Raw material evaluation, assuring Personal hygiene, sanitation and general hygiene -Quality assurance activities like Bacteriological analysis of Raw and finished products Frozen Raw, Shrimps, Cephalopods And fishes, swab analysis of food contacts surfaces and workers and organoleptic inspection of finished products, and Documentation works for food safety (HACCP)

Role- Carry out Quality control activities like online quality control, Raw material evaluation, assuring Personal hygiene and sanitation and general hygiene -Quality assurance activities like Bacteriological analysis of Raw and finished products like Frozen Raw, cooked and breaded Shrimps, Cephalopods And fishes, swab analysis of food contacts surfaces and workers and organoleptic inspection of finished products, - Documentation works according to the requirements of Export inspection agency, ISO 22000 and BRC
Role- Managing Production, Purchase and Quality Assurance of snack food products like flavored banana chips, cassava chips etc…
Role-Planning and Supervising the production of Frozen sea food products like Cephalopods, shrimps, lobster, crab and fishes, on line quality control, Store keeping and stock maintenance Raw material receiving and Documentation
