• My role in all these projects is to manage the operations, plan project cost, resource plan, procurement and finalizing vendor agreement, monitor the budget,
-Supervise everyday working of department operating process.
-Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.
-Administer all indoor performance in department through efficient coaching and monitoring.
-Develop plans and supervise various departmental
meetings.
-focus on maximizing customer experience while optimizing costs
-Analyze and ensure better result to fulfill all business requirements.
-Prepare regular reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements.
-Prepare project updates within required timeframe and delegate individual tasks to all employees.

-Supervise effective compilation and collection of information and data to enhance growth.
-Monitor all administrative functions.
- Provides administrative/word processing support services to the division manager and to all personnel including preparation of routine documents, reports, and correspondence, arranging meetings, coordinating appointment schedules, and initiating and completing recurring administrative reports.
- Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments

- Plan and coordinate recruitments and examinations.
- Conduct initial new employee orientation.
- Provide customer service, both in-person and by telephones; respond to employment, verification requests, salary and benefit surveys, and other requests for information
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
- Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
- Coordinates and organizes all training courses and programs.
-Schedules training program courses with Managers and Supervisors - schedules location, date/time materials, and attendance.
-Inform employees about training options.
-Track and report on training outcomes.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Provide feedback to program participants and management.
- Attract potential customers by answering product/service questions; suggesting information about other products/services.
- Maintain customer's records by updating information.
- Resolve product/service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
