As an Information Security Specialist, Technical Consultant/ Team Leader, I overall manage and supervise organizations Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Compliance, Standard, Framework, Policy, and Procedures as per “National Cybersecurity Authority” NCA and Saudi Aramco. In-Addition I also oversight MSSP, NOC, SOC operations, On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure. Leading multiple technical projects pertaining to IT Operations and Cybersecurity group and the related infrastructure, which includes but not limited to business development, project management, vendor management, resource management, contracting, procurement, business planning, budgeting, clean audit, and supervision of in-house and outsourced team.
As an IT System Specialist, I was responsible for effective operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software related to AGOC infrastructure. I was ensuring that the system hardware, operating systems, software systems, databases and related procedures were followed and helped to enable AGOC staff for efficient handling their daily business. Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members. Gained strong leadership skills by managing projects from start to finish. Developed strong communication and organizational skills through working on group projects. Resolved problems, improved operations, and provided exceptional service.
As a System Administrator and team leader my role was to manage and maintain Kout infrastructure systems to ensure the stable operation of the organization.
