• B-ERP Application Installation, Configuration and Administration.
• Perform regular day to day administrative and support task to end users.
• Schedule Regular data backups of ERP application
• Training session for new ERP end-user.
• Collaborate with each department heads and users to identify the problems
• Work closely with ERP development team for any changes
• Collect the user requirement for design and generate reports to insight of business performance
• Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner Installation, Configuration & Troubleshoot
• CCTV camera, Attendance device (Installation & Configuration)
• Creating LAN network, Router (TP-Link, Mi Router, Mikrotik, Tenda, Linksys, Cisco) & Switch (Installation & Configuration).
• Sophos Firewall Installation, Configurations and Administration
• VPN installation for both Windows and Linux users
• Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, Installation & Configuration
• All type of software solutions and support like: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet required for the smooth operation of the Company.
• Windows Server 2012 R2 Installation, Configuration and Administration
• Photoshop Design: ID card of Company's Staff, Visitor's Card, Documents
• Manage and maintain all IT system and resources
• Maintain IT inventory report
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Preserve IT assets, information security and control structure
• Collaborate with IT vendor to purchase IT accessories with genuine price
• Check and ensure the system are in good condition bought from the vendor
