 Prepared extensive Structural, Architectural, Interior Design, and As-Built Drawings in accordance with
Municipality and Building Management requirements.
 Coordinated revisions efficiently based on feedback from clients or internal teams, ensuring timely delivery
without compromising quality standards.

 Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings for a range of projects, including high-end residential villas, commercial offices, retail spaces, and hospitality projects (restaurants,
cafés, hotels), ensuring full compliance with design intent, authority standards, and site conditions.
 Prepare and manage bill of materials (BOMs), ensuring accurate material lists and quantities for construction
or manufacturing processes.

 Follow up of the Consultant for the approval of Drawings
 Maintain proper documentation and manage drawing revisions for project coordination and approval
processes.
 To prepare all Architectural / Structural and Detail drawings as per requirements
 Review and revise existing drawings, incorporating changes and updates to reflect project modifications and
maintain up-to-date documentation.
 As Built Drawings Co-Ordination of Architectural Drawings with Structural & Service Drawings.
 Preparation Doors & Window details /schedules, floor finishes & Reflected False Ceiling Plan.
 Created comprehensive drawing perfectly referring to available notes and sketches.
 Assist in preparing BOQs and technical details when required
 Preparing Quantity & Cutting list for Granite Floors, Wall Skirting, Wall Cladding, Staircase.
 Review and revise existing drawings, incorporating changes and updates to reflect project modifications and
maintain up-to-date documentation.
 Reports every week to update on progress and incongruity of projects.

 Follow up with the Consultant for the approval of the drawings.
 Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and layouts based on the engineer's instructions.
