Storage and handling of Crude Oil and finished products.
 Handling of Local Crude, Condensate decanting, Fuel Oil loading operations.
 Blending and injection operations of required chemicals.
 Generate both (Daily and monthly) based Stock & Ullage Reports.
 Volume Calculation at different temperature according to standard product of ASTM (60oF, 85oF).
 Deliver finished Products to OMC’s keeping quality standards through safe operation.
 Equipment handling & performance monitoring.
 Having well knowledge of products MSDS (material safety data sheet).
 Hand experience to switch over of rundown & delivery tanks.
 Well knowledge about different kinds of tanks such as Volatile product tanks, Naphtha, MS.
 Sampling & gauging of different product tanks manually.
 Works on ATG (Auto Tank Gauging) and maintain tank data record.
 To manage & record keeping of all chemicals consuming in blending area.
 Experience of supervising Plant area activities such as: Hydro-Testing of different types of Heat-Exchangers, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment
HSE
 Process Safety Management i.e. Process Safety Information, Employee Involvement, Process Hazard Analysis, Operating Procedures, Training, Contractors, Pre-Startup Safety Review Mechanical Integrity, Hot Work, Management of Change, Incident Investigation, Emergency Planning and Response, Compliance Audits.
 Working closely with the Supply Chain Team and logistics contractors to drive HSE improvements and ensuring compliance.
 Monitor the Environmental aspects in the processes to maintain the regulatory limits.
 Develop monthly HSE Statistics, conduct safety & toolbox meetings, generate meeting minutes to maintain HES records and trends.
