- Oversee activities directly related to successful achievement of targets of the Riyadh Branch
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Direct and coordinate organization\'s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
- Confer with staff at a chosen event site to coordinate details.
- Consult with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events such as meetings, conferences, and conventions.
- Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and event progress.
- Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services according to customer requirements.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved.
- Maintain records of event aspects, including financial details.
- Handle key accounts such as Riyad Bank, Mobily and Riyadh Airport Co.
- Manage a team of 5 Account operation managers
- Conceptualize and prepare creative proposals customized to individual client's needs and requirements.
- Key liaison between client, in-house designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met.
- To project manage the workflow, logistical support and timeliness of the delivery for projects undertaken.
- To professionally coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
- Manage project budgets and quotations.
- Working closely with the members of my team and other departments to collectively produce a successful event.
• Core Role - Project Management, Coordination and Execution of Exhibitions and Events
• Lead the development, production and delivery of event projects from proposal right up to delivery.
• Delivering events on time and within the set budget
• Monitoring of timeline, setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
• Creating clear and inspiring briefs to client to propose ideas for event concept.
•Running lead as a communication facilitator via efficient coordination with Sales department, external suppliers to channel and dispatch the relevant info (event program, scheduling, task managemen)
• Ensuring flawless construction, installation and dismantle phases by monitoring quality & progress of work
• Coordinating & following up on obtaining permits from various organizations (malls, authorities, facilities, etc.) to ensure events can take place in the set time frame
• On site supervision and project management. Being the main point of contact for all stakeholders
• Be in control of budget per project: timely follow up on invoices and clearly track the budget sheets
•Continuously creating and upgrading relevant processes/guidelines to optimize efficiency
• Built a strong suppliers strategy: developed a structured and relevant vendors’ pool per types of events/projects/expertise, regularly assess vendors to constructive update and upgrading the pool
• Ability to build a clear creative brief together with Sales team.
