Qatar Museums Work includes managing the Logistics of Retail and Merchandise
 Meeting the needs of QM retail outlets all over Qatar.
 Coordinating and planning with higher management for logistic and operation support of different projects of QM like internal and external exhibitions etc.
 Coordinating with warehouse team for Merchandise storage and procurement.
 Setting the distribution plans and having the internal orders / stock request processed and providing the products to the entity in timely fashion.
 Processing external purchase orders and managing the logistics of the product supply in terms of International Freight movement to warehousing of the product.
 Successfully handled the logistics of various projects of QM like Damien Hirst, Book Fair 2014, 2015 & 2016, Darb as Saiee, Hand Ball 2015, QPAT etc.
 Implementing Warehouse Logistics Standards by utilizing documentation, equipment and ERP software to facilitate a Just in Time order delivery.
 Processing stock orders for all QM retail outlets and corporate orders in the Region within error tolerance levels.
 Correctly executing Logistics Principles within the warehouse environments to avoid bottles necks.

 Take appropriate corrective action internally and with the customer.
 Make decisions during negotiation with customers related to volume and discount levels as well as additional services offered.
 Setting up appointments & arranging meetings.
 Independently prepare letters & official documents.
 Attending office meetings, transcribes dictation and minutes of meeting.
 Pro-actively monitor and track client shipments to ensure expected transit times are achieved.
 Report, evaluate and investigate recurring operational problems and direct the information accordingly to corrective actions to be taken.
 Special handling of repair and return shipments from pickup, preparing COO, Bayan, pro-active tracking, delivery and return with pre-alert for Al Jazeera.
 Maintain accurate records of Qatar Museum Authority & Al Jazeera Networks activities and prepare statistical monthly reports.
 Maintain & handle US Military Medical Supplies Logistics (MEDLOG) from Planning, pick up until Delivery, refrigeration & re-icing. Time sensitive & temperature controlled shipments. Follow up at Managerial level.
 Handling complaints and coordinating with all concerned departments and parties to resolve the issue to the best of customer satisfaction.
 Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all Key account customers have an Express requirement, so to look for instant and immediate action.
 Preparation of drafts and final reports on MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, etc., for presentation to the Management.
 Maintaining proper filing system for ease of record keeping and retrieval of information.
 Promote DHL brand image and values through own appearance and behavior so that it reflects DHL high standards and develops customers’ relationship.
