Project: Expansion of Bab Gas Compression Project (EBGCP) PHASE-2
Responsibilities:
1- Adhere to all relevant company and project related procedures and observe the necessary HSE requirements at all times.
2- Prepare the Project Specifications, Procedures, Method statement and Inspection Test Plans for the gas compression project from 1.8 BSCFD to 2.4 BSCFD.
3- Supervise the process involved in the compression of gas and material used for the fabrication of equipment involved in the process is according to the specifications.
4- Resolve problems and issues along the worksite. Ensure that acceptable level of safety, quality & productivity is maintained on the worksite and assure that project requirements are achieved.
5- Ensuring the proper connectivity of required associated piping as per P & ID.
6- Checking the suction and discharge lines as per P & ID.
7- Responsible for operation and maintenance of equipment for smooth production under safe conditions.
8- Able to work with specific objectives and instructions from seniors on drawings and specifications.
9- Responsible to conduct various test to gather data for evaluation purposes.
10- Verify the availability of material records & quality certificates
11- Supervision during construction/erection of piping, cross country pipeline for oil and gas, equipment, firewater and oil storage tanks, manifold station, HDD(horizontal directional drilling).
12- Clear understanding of Isometric, P&ID’s and plant composite diagrams.
13- Responsible for selection of materials according to design specification.
14- Responsible for CP system installation, testing and commissioning.
15- Coordinating for CP Installation and Commissioning activities of new and existing CP unit.
16- Monitoring and maintenance trouble shooting, C.P. On / off potential survey, interference test with foreign pipelines at crossing locations, Soil resistivity & PH surveys.
17- Monitoring the installation of cable to pipe connections, test lead points, junction boxes installation, deep well ground bed installation.
18- Responsible to assemble data for preparation of final client report including service recommendation.

Responsibilities:
