Checking daily sales store wise analyzing the stock making transfer from warehouse to shop and shop to shop.
Coordinate with store supervisors to replenish fast moving and pulling out slow moving items.
Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels.
Prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential.
Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance.
Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiating cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork.
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and
Email, preparing brochures as required.
To record the progress of all enquiries in a monthly report, including future predicted sales and other Reports as directed by the Commercial manager.
Making purchase orders for local & International suppliers’ category wise.
Creating new items category wise & brand wise in the system.
Making and updating the cost & selling price category wise.
Making and updating the promotions cost and selling price in the System.
Coordinating with the suppliers and warehouse manager regarding new arrivals.
Making credit notes.
Reporting to Respective Commercial Manager & Sales Executive Director.
Making Sales reports on daily, weekly, fortnight, monthly, & yearly basis.
Making Vouchers, Targets, Cancellation sheets & average reports.
Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach
Responding to and co-coordinating all internal meeting requests.
Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.
Assist with strategy and execution of product launches and national sales promotions.
Monitor all sales depart & assist to sales manager.
