➢ Maintenance, Testing & trouble shooting of HV/LV Transformers 15MVA, 33kv/6.9kv, 6.9kv/0.4kv.
➢ Maintenance, Testing& Solving problems in Motor control centers, 3 phase induction motors, DC motors, HV/LV motors.
➢ Maintenance, Troubleshooting of Emergency Diesel Generators.
➢ Maintenance, Testing, troubleshooting & Inspection of UPS, Power Inverters, Battery chargers. Replacement of Lead-Acid batteries & connecting new batteries in required layouts.
➢ Maintenance, Testing & Overhauling of Air/Vacuum circuit breakers, Gas insulated Breakers, HV/LVswitchgears, MCCB & MCB.
➢ Knowledge of protection relays, Transformer protection, Bus bar Protection, Motor Protection & Generator Protection.
➢ Installations, Commissioning & Trouble shooting in VFD’S - Power flex 700, ACS 800, Siemens Micro Master.
➢ Corrective /preventive/ proactive maintenance in GREEN ANODE plant, ANODE BAKING FURNACE, ANODE STACKING CRANES, FTA CRANES, MONO RAIL CRANES AND CONVEYORS.
➢ Modifying & trouble shooting PLC ladder programming.
➢ Implementing OSHA standards in work to achieve zero recordable injury, Job safety analysis, LOTOV, etc
➢ Working with Strong Vigilance towards any potential Hazards by performing regular inspections & adhering to health & safety parameters as per the rules & regulations.
➢ Creating work orders, notifications & reserving material for the planned/unplanned jobs, booking man-hour in SAP maintenance module.
➢ Providing support in developing U.A.E nationals Trainees/Employees to prepare them for acquiring targeted position in line with IDP developed as per company policy

➢ Maintenance of UPS, Inverters & Battery Chargers.
➢ Recommended to improvement of safety installation of ACS 800 drives panels and power distribution panels.
➢ Maintenance Air circuit breakers, Vacuum circuit breakers, High/Medium voltage switchgears.
➢ Maintenance & Overhauling ABB/Emirates transformers 132kv/33kv, 33kv/6.9kv & 6.6kv/400v.
➢ Maintenance& troubleshooting of Motor Control center & modifying wiring whenever required.
➢ HV and LV Motors testing, maintenance & trouble shooting.
➢ Inspection, Maintenance & trouble shooting of Emergency Diesel Generators.
➢ Participate in works of 10 & 25-ton EOT cranes. Completed testing of ABB ACS 800 drives and motors and troubleshoot when problem arouse.
➢ Carried out an I/O modification on the PLC as per requirements and ensure all internal circuit wiring and power cable through testing.
➢ Programming and data checking of PLC’s: ABB compact control builder AC800M, Siemens Step 7, HMI development.
➢ Calibration and maintenance of process Level sensors, Ph. sensors, photo sensors, conductivity sensors, Proxy’s, Thermocouples, Thickness Gauges, CPC system, Heaters, Chiller units, shut off valves, Position Transducers and Weigh Bridge.
➢ Handling of manpower in cable routing, laying, termination, input / output of PLC checking and correction.
