• Organizational development: Worked with Directorate General of Dewan and RC manager to accomplish seven projects in relations with HR/Administration managements, management structure reform, Data base design and management policies.
• Parliamentary research and briefings: Research papers and reports published: Bahaee’s in Kurdistan, Three major issues in the draft of new KPI Bylaw, RC- history with International organizations & Int.…etc.
• Direct work with Parliamentary Committees and researches: An expert to Women’s right committee and Consumer’s right committee. Projects proposed: Kurdistan Women’s Network, KRG Total Quality Assurance Map…..etc
• Capacity Building and Staff trainings: in a network with International NGOs like United Nations agencies (UNDP, UNAMI, UN-Women), WFD, NDI and ETTC. Developed several training courses for KPI employee in the areas of administration, security and E-government;
• Conference, seminar and workshop organizations for MP’s: Over 40 activities led in planning and implementations for MPs and Staff in coordination with local and Inter. NGO, government and constituencies;
• Translations: Verbal and written translations for KPI-presidency and MP’s in Kurdish and English languages, official letters and reports translations for presidency, standing committees and MPs;
• IR and PR roll for KPI Presidency and the Research Center, including high level delegation arrangements, companion and translations, KPI, RC representations in International activities. KPI focal point to work with UN and International NGO’s.
Special projects & KPI Publications Coordination: Teaming with Presidency, Standing Committees, writers, researchers and publishing houses in design and the content Editing/ developments for books, research papers, RC reports…etc. for Example: The Second Version of KPI Bylaw, MP’s Guide on Human Rights, The Roll and Responsibilities of MP….etc
Served as (Research and Sourcing Agent) for multi line trading (Import-Export) company
• Marketing strategy, planning, research and data analysis for sales and marketing teams;
• Maintaining communication between corporate office, distribution agencies and (stores, vendors and customers);
• Preparing sales reports (Yearly and Quarterly reports);
• Collaborating with vendors, trucking companies, and warehouse personnel on cost-effective and expedite movements of the merchandise;

Served as (Material Research & Development Agent) for Apparel manufacturing company
• Reporting to the Vise president of Purchasing, worked as a liaison between Design dept., purchasing dept. and SJK color & twisting facilities;
• A focal point to coordinate material development for design team with over 35 International supplying mills, factories and agents;
• Handled four major complex quality control projects for international inquires in line with production and design which required full knowledge of product lines and materials plus the knowledge of SJK electronic systems administrated by several departments, projects including: SJK material quality control by Chinese Government, Five point Material testing for Production and Yearly Material Marketing book;
• Color Specialist, approving all material colors to match SJK seasonal color pallet;
• Organizing three libraries for SJK products: Color library, twist library and SJK twist catalogue with 15 years of twist samples;
• Worked closely with IT department for Gallery system developments.

• In charge of customer’s accounting, handled customer’s service issues and subscriber’s accounts with full financial reports;
Sales and marketing teams Manager:
• Managed all aspects of National and International staff/agents and their work results including HR related procedures, marketing development methods and sale promotion procedures.

• Designing home and clothing apparel products
• Established and maintained entire logistics system for WFP offices in the region;
• Monthly distribution report to HQ;
• Planning and follow up food distribution for the population of one million people in north of Iraq.
• DCA office establishment and operation organization in Sulaimani, Iraq;
• Planning & follow up of material distribution for re-building of 150 villages in Sulaimani governorate which were destroyed by Iraqi regime in Anfal Operation.
