• Preparation of quarterly financial statements.
• Correspondence with Banks regarding Import/Export payment, LC, Bank Guarantees, Fixed Deposits etc.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Contacting with supplier regarding payment & delivery schedules.
• Solving the discrepancies with Suppliers & Customers.
• Posting of activity to the general ledger, including Monthly/Quarterly accruals.
• Research and correct account discrepancies.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable.
• General Ledger reconciliation.
• Account analysis and reconciliation, to include bank statements, inter-company’s General Ledger and Balance Sheet.
