Job Involvement
• Estimating the Project as per Specification and Tender Drawing.
• Preparation Query to Client/Consultant related to Tender Drawings.
• Querying the suppliers for Quotation as part of Procurement.
• Excellent Take-Off skills accuracy and speed perspective in a manner and level of detail consistent with the project goals.
• Preparation of Budget estimates, Inputting estimate data into appropriate spreadsheet.
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Preparation of Final Billing/Accounts (under supervision with Manager).
• Scrutiny of contract Documents & Project Specification.
• Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.
• Review costings in conjunction with budgets.
• Pricing and checking additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork.
• Being a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning.
• Creating cost estimates, studies, analyses, and evaluations, at all levels of project development, as part of the internal team
• Providing a detailed review of all documentation and developing comprehensive cost estimates/models that communicate our clients project and strategic goals.
