standards, project specifications, IFC drawings, and international building codes.

requirements.

environmental and safety policies.
• Promote sustainable building practices in line with RSGs environmental vision, ensuring responsible material usage and
waste control on site.

• Perform inspections of structures, buildings, renovations, and interior projects to ensure conformance with approved
plans, specifications, construction methods and materials.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring all findings are
documented clearly and corrective actions tracked until closure.
• Develop and provide inputs for Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Perform inspections to ensure conformity to specifications and communicate results via work inspection request (WIR)
and material inspection request (MIR) processes.
• Perform final acceptance inspections by confirming adherence to specifications, conduct visual / measurement tests,

• Working in RAR Associates my primary concentration as a team member for architectural design is on creating architectural
plans, working drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for buildings and facilities.
• Make sure that every design & plan complies with all applicable national building norms, rules, and standards particularly
those pertaining to accessibility and safety.
• Ensure that all architectural designs and plans are in line with other disciplines and satisfy project needs, I collaborate
extensively with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, sub contractors and consultants.
• Find & include cutting-edge & sustainable design ideas, materials and technologies, I also perform extensive study & analysis.
• Supervise all operations to guarantee the timely and high quality completion of architectural design and construction of
projects as a mentor, offering technical advice and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• assure accuracy and completeness. I create project reports, analyze project related documents and actively engage in project
meetings, site visits and construction inspections.
