6. Preparing Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis, HSE Checklist and Others All HSE Relatives Documents (Offshore & Onshore).
7. Handling The Internal/External Audit (Safety, Quality & Progress).
8. Conducting All Kinds Of HSE Specific Training (Offshore & Onshore).
Environmental Key Responsibility
1. Prepare And Submission Weekly & Monthly Environmental Report to The Consultant.
2. Attend Environmental Monitor- (Third Party) Inspection-Noise, Vibration, Air Quality & Water Sampling.
3. Attend in The Environmental Weekly & Monthly Site Inspection With The Consultant.
4. Prepare Environmental Checklist & Other Relatives Documents
Security Control Responsibility
1. Prepare Monthly & Weekly Security Monitor Report and Submission to The Consultant & Japan Head Office.
2. Conduct A Weekly Security Meeting with All Security Personnel in The Project.
3. Maintain All Security Records and Monitor Security Deployment in The Project Area.
4. Conduct security drill quarterly basis.
Safety Key Responsibility
1. Assist To Safety Manager to Preparing Weekly & Monthly EHS Report And Submission To The Consultant & Japan Head Office.
2. Assist To Safety Manager Preparing Incident & Investigation Report and Report To The Higher Management & Officially Submit To The Consultant & Japan Head Office.
3. Preparing Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis, HSE Checklist, PTW And Others All HSE Relatives Documents.
4. Conduct Daily TBM Daily Site Inspection Visit the Site.
5. Prepare Lifting Plan and Monitor Site to Ensure the Safe Working Environment.
6. Conduct Necessary In-House & at site HSE Training for All Employees of the Company
7. Conduct Environmental Inspection And Assist Company To Keep Clean And Tidy Up The Work Place.
8. Conduct All Heavy Equipment Third Party Load Test By Third Party Company.
9. Maintain daily Permit Logbook and others HSE relatives register and daily basis filing
Security Control Responsibility
1. Assist To Security Manager to Prepare Monthly & Weekly Security Monitor Report and Submission to The Consultant & Japan Head Office.
2. Maintain All Security Records and Monitor Security Deployment in The Project Area
