Managed initiation of new clinical services as well as effectiveness of already developed practices within hospital systems, oversight of clinical scope, quality control for policy change and clinical awareness of all staff members.
Transport of critically ill patients within and between multiple city hospitals. Included management of patients at multiple facilities as well as during transport.
As a staff therapist I would report to oncoming and receive report from outgoing therapist concerning patient care. Interdisciplinary approach to healthcare with opportunities to work with multiple fields and utilize a number of modalities and equipment within the hospital.
