Coordinating the plant preventive maintenance and daily routine activities.
•Work permits Coordination.
•Technical support to completion of work requests and trouble shooting.
•Generating daily activities reports.
•Coordination of material distribution such as faulty replacements devices, new delivery materials and checking instruments etc.
•Emergency callout support on holydays and after duty hours.
•Site visits for understand the scope of work and make estimates for variation (PIN) jobs.
•Meetings with clients and other Qatar foundation contractors to discuss and explain the company roles in new variation jobs as well as combined maintenance jobs.
•Coordination of variation jobs activities like piping, cabling, panel assembling, termination and pre commissioning etc.
•Providing training, technical guiding and support for the team members.

•DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Supervision of panel termination, Testing and commissioning according to consultant requirements.
•Operation and maintenance of EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator) software for BMS systems
•Integrity testing of third party equipments connected with building management system such as Fire Alarm system, UPS, Fume hoods, Electrical meters and Elevators etc.
•Supervising of the work flow and confirming the rules and regulations are following correctly as per client requirements.
•Material management
•Coordinating with different contractors

Concealed and open piping with GI and PVC
•Tray and trunking works
•Earthing (Pipe, Strip and plate)
•Wiring (Hotels, Shopping malls, Hotels etc.)
•Panel board assembling and wiring
•Motor control panel assembling and wiring
•Motor errection
•Cabling and end termination (2.5mm to 400mm)
•Starter servicing (DOL, Star delta and auto Transformer)
•Electrical equipment servicing (Motors, Washing machines etc.)
•Industrial Wiring up to 50Hp(Furniture Workshops, Mechanical Workshops)
