• Support Projects with IT Hardware and software ensuring that all documentation is completed to the satisfaction of project stakeholders.
• Analyzes performance, assists in resolving all issues related to the Hospital Information System, and ensures optimal patient safety and quality of the delivered care.
• Analyze all infrastructure, monitor all applications as per standards with the involved governmental entities, and optimize the eficient working of all servers according to performance standards.
• Creating and maintaining all necessary laboratory and radiology logs to capture all routine and non routine processes and toolset maintenance activities during downtime.
• Managing planned/unplanned downtime with clinical departments and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures of system downtime.
• Gather and Prepare system functional requirements documents for any upcoming system enhancements to be aligned with the stakeholders.
• Receiving any system-related enhancements and working on them with multidisciplinary teams.
• Handling IT Policies and Procedures, editing and updating when necessary, with involved departments.
