- Responsible for SME project with STC channels as a coordinator on any tasks needed.
- Responsible for conduct weekly and monthly meetings with area managers to analyze and improve the performance
of sales team.
- Assist sales manager on any tasks needed.
- Provide administrative support and help for the sales team to achieve company’s objectives
- Handel and organize documentation and project files
- Provide administrative support to project team also tracking project timeline’s progress
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and in compliance to company policies
- Assist in managing project timelines and tracing progress
- Managing team and performing other relevant duties when needed
- Work with compliance and quality teams.
- Perform and/or manage care external survey and/or audits as per the company
policies and procedure.
- Handle critical issues raised by banks that requires immediate attention and
resolutions
- Assist in generating helpdesk performance reports on a regular basis to be
submitted to the manager
