• Designs, develops, coordinates, implements and delivers and evaluates training programs that support organization objectives and are aligned with the organization’s business plan. Trains trainers and assures instructional quality and appropriate content of consultants and contract trainers.
• Provides coaching, facilitation, team development, whole systems analysis, process reengineering and organization development services in consultation with executive leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the organization’s strategic plans. Manages the work of outside consultants when used.
• Develops and implements manager and staff development programs that support the organization’s succession plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
• HR Coordinator Assistant: Assisting Marine HR Coordinator with Marine Expatriate Recruitment. Activities included but not limited to: processing date in Kenexa, send it to recruitment committee, reflecting the results and Set up meetings and interview schedules as part of recruitment process - Receive applicants and guide them, functioning as company representative
• SAP Actions: Handle discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, performances, appraisals, confidential information issues, and other sensitive HR-related matters through E-8000 Profiles: Initiate e-8000 profiles.
 Administration:
I. Assist staff with routine HR related questions, serve as the first point of contact for employees - Assisted company staff in solving HR issues.
II. Manage, organize and update files, records, correspondence, charts and reports through a proper Filing System Marine Technical Support Division.
III. Ensuring that appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place.
IV. Order and manage supplies, stationary office requests through B2B, handle phone calls and messages,
V. Incoming as well as outgoing. In addition, initiating Temporary accesses for the Department’s visitors.
VI. Provide all sorts of administrative support include; initiation of SAP actions, filing of correspondences, updating calendars, arranging conference calls setup, set up meetings arrangements, follow up Ticklers-File issues, maintain office stationary supplies…etc.

• Timekeeping: Maintain employees time Keeping, initiate vacations and leave requests, and keep time records for further verification and notifying employees of any changes in their terms of employment.
