-Monitor the arrival immigration problems, retrieve relevant documentation, and report accordingly, ensuring adherence to all procedures
-Monitor check-in, including 'queue-combing' to keep customers informed of checking delays to ensure standards are maintained
-Supervise the preparation and completion of pre and post- ight documentation and statistical information
-Tackle delays, disruptions, excess baggage, or denied boarding
-Control check-in and boarding at the gates as per laid down procedures to ensure the safe and on-time departure of ights
-Monitor baggage delivery performance against agreed standards to maintain an e cient baggage delivery service
-Undertake ticketing/reservation duties to provide seamless service to customers and issue tickets.
-Support duties in the Emirates lounge, liaise with service providers, supervise contracted sta, oversee catering and maintenance operations, and ensure service standards are met
