Providing Technical Support to employees, internal and external contractors of the client
company Telstra.
Receiving calls, chats and emails from the client’s employees and contractors and providing
assistance on issues regarding their laptop or desktop, applications, software and tool access.
Assisting the user with their issues and educating the users on the resolution or workaround for
those issues.
Creating tickets and assigning them to different teams in case of an outage or out of scope of
support situation.
Sending after-hours strike emails to the users and following up with them via Microsoft Teams
for further assistance and resolving the issue.
Updating the tracker for the tickets we have worked on, for inbound calls and for the pending
tickets we had sent strike emails to assist the backlog team.
Preparation of Cost Sheets for invoices received for the purchases made by Lambda Electronics, the parent company ICOM Inc. and its sister company Prime Filter Supply Centre.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement and identifying the payments that were released but not cleared by the bank and payments cleared by the bank but not in our records.
Encashment of the cheques and depositing cash and cheques for Lambda Electronics and its sister company Prime Filters Supply Centre.
Maintaining Petty Cash Fund and giving a weekly report to the Senior Accountant of the ending balances.
Keeping track of the company deposits in the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and updating the Senior Accountant on the balances.
Assisting and counter-checking on the stock count in Prime Filter Supply Centre to identify the stocks which had not been invoiced for and help the Senior Accountant in identifying the missing balances.
Updating Sales Invoices and Payment details on FOCUS for Lambda Electronics and Prime Filter Supply Centre.
Preparation of Cost Sheets for invoices received for the purchases made by Lambda Electronics, the parent company ICOM Inc. and its sister company Prime Filter Supply Centre.
Keeping track of the receipts that the company made over the year and informing the Senior Accountant in cases where receipts were not listed or canceled.
Counter-checking Dummy Invoices related to the transactions with clients and keeping them ready in case the original invoice was not received by clients and send them on their request.
