Operation: Operation of 11MW Power Plant powered by 4 GE Jenbacher gas engines of model JGS 620-GS NL 2.975MW with AVK alternator. Switchgear Operation by 12.5-15MVA Step up Transformer and 750KVA Step down Transformer for Auxiliary usages. In where Gas Control Station (RMS & TBS, Flow: 3mmSCFD) are controlled by Pressure controlling valve (D53/Series, Pressure-150/160 Psi), Slam Shut of valve (SH4/Series, 80 Psi) and different types of gas controlling valve.

Maintenance of plant: 33 KV, 11 KV & 440 V switchgear and their related component with Step-Up Transformer, Distribution Transformer, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Low Voltage (440V and 220V) MCCB and MCB, Switchgear protection related devices, Engine’s Electrical Systems like Engine PLC (Jenbacher DIA. NEXT with distributed I/O), AVR (BASLER DECS 100), Electronic Governor (PANDOROS, Heinemann), Generator Protection Relay (MRG3), Differential Protection Relay (Wood Word ESDR-4), Ignition Controller (Wood Word IC920), Synchronizing Device (Wood Ward), Sine wave inverter, Over current & Earth fault relay (IDMT) Model-MiCOM P122, Voltage & Frequency (IDMT) Model-MiCOM P923, Transformer Differential Device MiCOM632, Distance Protection Relays MiCOM-P441, Trip Circuit Supervision Relays, Master Trip Relays etc.

Schedule Maintenance: Daily Inspection (Different types of LT & HT Motor Amp measure & sound Observation), 1000hrs Maintenance (Regressed, Ignition voltage and Alternator Cable connection Check), 2000hrs Maintenance (Spark plug Change, Ignition systems, Throttle valve, Actuator, Battery, Switch Cabinet Cooler, A-panel M-panel U-Panel check and it’s relay signal check), 10000hrs Maintenance(Turbocharger Clean and Kit Change, Stator motor, HT and LT Pump Change), 20000hrs Maintenance (Mixture Bypass valve, Alternator Bearing, Vibration damper, Gas mixture, Switch Cabinet change) and lastly 30000hrs Maintenance ( Engine lub oil Pump, Jacket water HT Circuit Pump, Water LT Circuit Pump, Engine’s Different Bearing, Camp shafts and it’s Control parts Change)

Reporting: Report to Plant In-Charge (11MW Feni plant).Coordination with REB, Feni PBS, LDC, PGCB, GTCL, BGSL and BPDB Distribution Feni & Feni 22MW Power Plant.

Have the main experience in Election time period where installation Engine, Alternators, Cooling tower, Fuel Treatment Room, Water Treatment Plant, Steam Turbine, Control Panel, Transformer, Auxiliary Transformer, CT, PT, SF6 CB and all types of Auxiliary Systems according to Design & Drawing.

Operation: Operation of 110MW Power Plant powered by 10 number of SEMT Pielstick 18PC2/6 9.9 MW, 2 number of Nigata Pielstick 18PC2/6 9.9 MW, 2 number of NKK Pielstick 16PC2/6 8 MW HSD/HFO fired engines and 2 number of 6 MW WHR low pressure steam turbines under shift In-charge. Operation of Fuel treatment plant (HFO fired plant) & water treatment plant for Engine & Turbine cooling tower.

Monitoring: Oil(HFO) temp & pressure, Lub oil temp & pressure, Raw water pressure, Jacket Water temp & pressure, Cylinder Exhaust temp, After turbo Exhaust temp, Power Transformer Oil & Winding temp, all kinds of Auxiliary Power, Total power generation (KW, Pf & KVR). Controlled Plant Operators both Electrical & Mechanical.

Maintaining: 132 KV, 11 KV & 440 V Switchgear components (160 MVA) having 4 Numbers of 40 MVA Step-Up Transformers of OLTC, Distribution Transformer (750KVA) Protection, Automatic & Manual Switchgear Protection System. Maintain Detail Log Sheet & Record

Reporting: Report to Deputy Plant Manager (Operation) under Shift Engineer. Coordination with LDC, PGCB, BPDB Distribution Bheramara, Bheramara Power Generation Plant and Petro-Bangla.

Working Instruments: PLC, AVR (BASLER DECS 100), Generator Protection Relay (MRG3), Differential Protection Relay, Synchronizing Device, 132KV Metering Panel, 11KV & 132KV Signaling Panel, Remote Tap Change Cubicle & various types of Manual controller

Worked with Chinese People about Alternator alignment, engine overhauling i.e. head removal, valve and seat grinding, pump installation, con rod bearing and main bearing removal and installation, piston and liner overhauling, turbocharger overhauling & alternator winding heating.
