SCOPE • An school building of international standard, G+2+P with 40, 000 Sq.m. built up area, 15, 000 Sq.m. land scape and 11, 200 Sq.m. play area. Works include concrete structure, façade, dry wall, space frame, swimming pools, high end finishing and furnishing etc.
PEARL QATAR PA 02B, 16A - QATAR.

CONTRACT VALUE • USD 2 MILLION
PERIOD • MAR 2015 MAR 2017.
SCOPE • Residential towers consists of 2 basements, GF, Mez and 21 floors each in Pearl Qatar carried out finishing works and balance civil works as the previous contractor left in between.
• Integrated Management System (IMS) establishing, implementing and verifying through audits.
• Preparing / Review Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plan, Quality Control Procedures and Method Statements of works, submitting and obtaining approval from Engineers.
• Acting as company QA/QC representative and managing a team of QA/QC Engineers / Inspectors.
• Advise the Project Management on suitable QA/QC Objectives and Targets. Conduct management review meetings as per company management system.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports and Corrective Action Request, perform root cause analysis and ensure follow-up with corrective and preventive action as necessary. Also analyze the improvements.
• Review and ensure follow-up of QA/QC complaint. Identify the GAPs in the system and its corrective action plan.
• Identify QSE training needs, prepare, review and authorize the training program for all levels of staff on site.
• Participate in QA/QC Meeting with client and consultant. Organize meeting with subcontractor’s QC team.
• Deploying QC Engineers for Inspection off all works as per approved Drawings, Specifications, and Standards \{BS, ASTM and Company Standards like Armco, Q.P., ADNOC, etc.\} and obtain approval from Clients, Engineers/ Third party inspectors for preceding the works.
• Checking and approving all test reports for materials, concrete, asphalt, curtain wall, stones etc.
• Keeping a well oriented filing system for the traceability of all documents as per ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Establish a system for final handover of dossier, Implement the system and arrange to keep it in specified period.
A mosque to pray for 25, 000 peoples at a time with high quality Islamic architectural and finishing works from all over the world. Which includes 90% of the total are marble and other architectural works.
