• Updating the documents related with visa passport and labour contract details
• Coordinating with PRO’s for insurance
• Updat6ing PROs for renewal expiry of visa passport labour contract and insurance.

HR Policies and Implementation
• Formed the HR policies for the company
• Monitored proper implementation of the HR policies by guiding the employees.
• Helped employees to understand the importance of policies and advise about the proper procedures required in the organisation.

Employee Communication, Engagement & Relation
• Resolving employee concerns and queries.
• Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary

• Conducting Employee satisfaction surveys
• Tracking the confirmation status and issuing the confirmation letters.
