• Infrastructure & Project Leadership: Spearheaded the engineering infrastructure for the Marmul & GSSFD IPM
project, managing ~850 wells across 11 distinct designs. Authored a four-volume General Design Package (GDP)
to serve as the standard execution blueprint.
• Digital Transformation & Automation: Developed a proprietary well-planning suite that automates 10-12
programs simultaneously to slash planning lead times. Integrated internal auditing algorithms to guarantee
100% accuracy during high-volume campaigns.
• Technical & CAPEX Optimization: Engineered a gyro-based oriented perforation technique that eliminated ICC
and CSLT hardware to optimize CAPEX. Formulated reservoir drilling strategies based on pressure anomalies to
make well-to-well behavior highly predictable.
• Operational Oversight & Safety: Facilitated 150+ collaborative Pre-Spud and DWOP sessions to align
subsurface and rig-site teams. Developed Shallow Gas Well Locator software to flag proximity risks and serve
as a critical safety audit tool.

• Collaborative Innovation: Co-developed a specialized wellbore hydraulics software solution in partnership
with ENNOVATA Solutions, maintaining technical delivery and project momentum throughout the COVID-19
pandemic

• Project Planning: Developed core exploration project plans for drilling operations within Rajasthan, Cambay, &
Assam blocks.
• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Presented strategic exploration and field development plans to the
Technical Review Committee (TRC) to secure technical consensus and project funding.

• Field Execution: Managed the complete delivery of drilling, workover, and abandonment (P&A) operations
across the Marmul, Bahja-Rima, Nimr, GS-SSFD, and Amal fields.
• Well Program Designed engineering programs for completions and interventions,
keeping operations running smoothly by modeling real-time torque, drag, hydraulics, and anticollision paths. Complex Trajectory Guided diverse well trajectories to completion, navigating complex horizontal, S
shape, J-shape, extended reach (ERD), and lateral undercut profiles.
• Strategic Pilots: Led high-stakes technology trials on the front lines, including the worlds second
fiber-optics/micro-seismic installation and Omans first Kymera hybrid bit run. Earned nine diving into datasets to find
hidden deliver major cost savings.

• Planned & executed drilling and workover operations by using drilling and hoists to support field development
projects.
• Led drilling optimization unit, involves formulation of KPIs and the identification of potential areas for
improvement.
• Prepared drilling programs, montages, workover programs, AAR, bit performance & BHA analysis, lessons learnt
register & developed road maps with selection of suitable bit & BHA.

• Planned & delivered six horizontal multilateral wells (spider) from PL offshore platform. Monitoring real time
torque & drag charts for understanding stick slip vibration issues, contributed to new long gauge bit design to
minimize hole spiraling issues.
• Conducted risk assessments for high-risk operations, recommending mitigation measures / risk isolations
practices. Conducted warehouse audits & generated detailed inspection reports. concerning items that were identified
as defective.
