Roles:
Recruitment: ■ Understanding Manpower Requirements from the concerned Department. ■Drafting Job Description according to the requirement and getting it approved from the concerned person. ■ Sourcing the candidates that matches with the profile. ■ Conducting Telephonic Interviews and face to face interviews with the shortlisted candidates. ■ Maintaing and updating the database of the candidates.
Induction, On-Boarding and Exit Formalities:
■Peparing Offer Letter for the selected Candidates and Rejection letter for the ones who are not selected. ■Properly filing relevant documents of the new Joiners as required. ■ Introducing him/her to the Team and the respective supervisor/Manager. ■ Coordinating with the IT Team to arrange for the email id and other Official assets. ■ Training the new Employees. ■ Conducting the Exit Interviews in case of any Resignation. ■Trying to get any constructive feedback on the company and trying to implement corrective measures. ■ Assisting the Accounts Team for Full and Final Settlement of the Employee.
Generalist Role:
■Maintain Employee file, both hard and soft copies. ■Attend to Employee Grievances and Management to enhance a abetter and cordial working environment. ■ Organize Corporate events such as Company’s dinner. Corporate Trip or Family get together. ■Reviewing Compensation and benefits starting from the most junior position to the highest.
■ Keeping a track of Employee Attendance and Leave Records. ■Filing the leave forms and keeping track of all leaves. ■ Handling complete Travel Bookings of the Employees going on Leave as well as for the company Guests.
