- Forecast and Variance Analysis of Project margins in discussions with Project teams.
- Ensure all monthly financial reports are completed accurately and submitted timely.
- Variance Analysis of the expenses and functional cost controls.
- Preparation of the Annual Budgets of the company under various scenarios along with the various functional budgets.
- Compliance of Statutory Taxes (US/ India/ Transfer pricing etc., )
- Preparation of the Monthly/ Quarterly internal presentations of the company.
- Valuation of preferred stocks, Purchase price allocations etc.
