Accountabilities: My job is to ensure procurement of services/products with installation and commissioning for different Kout
Food Group brands by entering into commercial and contractual relationships with the best service providers and Contractors who
provide value in terms of quality, time and cost. I manage people, systems and process for procurement of services, overseeing day
to day commercial department operations related to contracts pertaining to brand operations.

Team Management
• Plan, organize and manage services procurement/bids for all Kout Food Group brands
• Planning for optimized service/Profitability/Cost optimization
• Ensure that internal customer requirements from different brands are elicited correctly and bids are invited accordingly
• Ensure that vendor selection is in accordance with a predetermined criterion pertaining to the factors of job requirement
• Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, standards and industry best practices
• Aligning with stakeholders every two weeks on the progress of their service requests made for the Restaurant operations
• Manage bidding and contract award process as per established processes and procedures within legal and operational
standards and codes of ethical conduct
• Develop and measure key performance indicators to determine and improve the effectiveness of procurement of services
• Spearhead Strategic Services & Logistics related contracts
• Negotiate with service Providers and ensure value for money for all procurements
• Preparation of reports/presentations related to the procurement function
• Ensure Contracts and service orders are accordance with the customer requirements and industry best standards
• Audit recommendations are adhered to and acted upon
• Ensure that expenditure is within the approved budgets allocated and properly utilized
• Put forward new ideas, negotiations to manage services in less resources and improve KFG profitability
• By undertaking procurement as per strategic objectives of the organization and focusing on beneficial mutual business
partnerships for long term interests of the business.
• Reviewing Feasibility reports for the critical projects and accordingly negotiate with Contractor

Registration with different organizations/ Govt. Bodies and Tie ups for Agency Agreements with Companies. Headed Business
development and Tenders department of Dubai and partially Kuwait offices.
