As a QC Engineer all building material testing(cube test 7 & 28 days, slump cone test, pour card making, sand and aggregate test, steel TMT bar test, cement test, soil test, water test, Red & fly ash brick test, door and window test, Tiles test, MS steel GI CI pipe test, cpvc and upvc test, RMC batch report, and all site maintain QC) CPWD under SOM Projects Pvt Ltd Banwa Delhi. All civil engineer work(Planing and estimate of material Steel Aggregate Sand shuttering adhesive material etc, manpower plan and distribution, work site plan day, month and year wise, RA billing, sub contractor billing and QC) Supervision of Execution of the all activities at site such as Excavation, Concreting works, Shuttering and Reinforcement works, Water proofing ,Brick Masonry, Plastering etc. All building materials testing as per IS Code. Manage projects vender and sub contractor for achieve the work. Prepare the projects material requirements. Preparing site layout work. Manpower planning and scheduling. Preparing Sub Contractor bills. Worked as per Drawing, client specifications & IS Code. Preparing daily and monthly progress reports. Planning and scheduling for project works. Technical supports to sub contractor in execution works. Guidance to junior staff on technical issues. Making BBS of all components of structure. Making Sub Contractor Bill & client Bill. Reconciliation of cement, steel & other Materials. Planning of concreting and coordination with RMC & Client. Quality Checking and Monitoring.
