• Ensure compliance with approved IFC drawings, materials submittals, project specifications,
and industry codes (ASTM, BS, ACI).
• Coordinate and review material inspections (MIRs), and ensure that materials delivered to site
match approved submittals.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests (WIRs) and material submittals (MIRs) in coordination
with Document Control (DC) and site engineers.
• Raise and follow up on RFIs (Request for Information) when clarification is needed, ensuring
timely communication with the engineering and consultant teams.
• Review approved material submittals and perform on-site verification to ensure compliance with
specifications.
• Liaise with consultants and client representatives for joint inspections, and manage approvals and
documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs), implement corrective actions, and track closeout of
quality issues.
• Ensure all works are documented and comply with quality assurance protocols, including snag lists
and final handovers.
• Participate in QA/QC meetings, audits, and prepare reports and quality records for internal and
external use.
