- In-charge of in-store and back office devices.
- Part of digital projects using Pictbase software: creating reports and other applications based on requirements of different departments in Sephora.
- Project management experience by managing users and vendor (Daxium) and overseeing the smooth flow of the digital projects.
- Work closely with the Finance Dept. to help them close sales every month by providing sales reports and solving any discrepancies.
Responsibility during the internship included gaining knowledge about CRM and the product developed by the company based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Understanding and apply the skills of telemarketing and gaining experience by attending pre sales meetings. Getting hands on experience on CRM and understood the functional side of the company.
Managed key operations in several divisions of the airport for Etihad. Gained training and certification in IATA and airport procedures and terminologies. Handled pressure situations successfully.
Responsibility during the internship included understanding the working of the entire company. Help them build their multi-touch screens and the software for it.
