Job Description
•Study BOQ, specifications and technical volume of the project contract, Design drawings, And subcontractors contracts.
•study the suppliers submittals and materials according to the project technical Specifications to take approval from the project consultant.
•study the subcontractors submittals and then send for approval from the project consultant
•Review structural shop drawings after coordination.
•Providing regular construction progress reports (weekly and monthly) to the Project Manager by coordination with the project construction manager
•Review subcontractors' invoices and quantities with the project quantity surveyor.
•Coordinating with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
•Close monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers’ activities.
•Attend technical meetings with the project consultant, owner, subcontractors and Suppliers to discuss and solve the technical issues and problems.
•Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that theEngineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements.
•Implementing and solving technical problems that arise.
•To maintain all documents in an organized manner for easy reference and to prepare The Hand over documents at the time of project close out.

•Review the project specifications, method statements and drawings before starting the Works.
•work as site engineer responsible for structure & civil works (Form work, Reinforcement ) & external and internal finishing works (Plastering-false ceiling-certain walls-Marble & granite-ceramic-hardware doors schedule) and underground duct banks & access roads and soft landscape.
•Make all coordination with the quality team to handover the works to the consultant
