Assisting the Management Board (Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Chief Executive Officer) in various day to day functions and activities. ❖ Maintaining the legal documents such as Passport, Work Permit, Residency which is required to continue the execution belongs to company employees. ❖ Monitoring legal Incoming and Outgoing documentations facilitate efficient communications. ❖ Coordinating with travel agents to book the ticket and GP letters in accordance with local authority policy for Government Projects. ❖ Creating well-organized concise and effective filing systems, database and Office procedures as per ISO Standards. ❖ Maintaining the files and records and performs all associated duties as per Company Quality Management Systems. ❖ Assigning the ministerial related jobs to Liaison Officers. ❖ Preparing and Coordinating with Liaison Officers for the documentation of driving license issuance. ❖ Preparing all kinds of Correspondence including Internal, Client and Subcontractor. ❖ Preparing and distributing the weekly and monthly reports. ❖ Attending Project Progress meeting. ❖ Assisting payroll officer during Timesheet preparation, Leave Travel / Return Forms preparations. ❖ Cooperating to all employees for bonding with good relations and improving Project activities. ❖ Communicating with assigned Subcontractors for required adequate information. ❖ Coordinating with all In-house service departments and units. ❖ Lead participant during Internal Quality Audits.
