o Handle the recruitment process of 8 accounts ( 2 multinationals/1 regional / 4 locals) in addition to supporting in other Accounts.
o Responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans aligning with Higher Management.
o Attending Employment Fairs to allocate new and different resources in which new approaches and new cultures can be achieved.
o Develop Job Descriptions to match organizational goals.
o Carry Job Posting out through Social Media as soon as vacancies are received.
o Screen the resumes and create the required pool of qualified candidates
o Implement Phone Screening
o Hold the first interview within Ethics Company using the “Competences Based Interviews” or “CBI interviews”.
o Proceed with the shortlisted candidates and set appointments for the second interviews with the hiring companies.
o Execute the headhunting process for the senior positions.
o Follow up with the Hiring companies and the hired employees.
o Execute Mass hiring processes easily and efficiently.
o Worked on a Project which is to classify the database; consists of 20, 000 soft resumes and 800 hard resumes.
o Update old resumes in order to provide all candidates the opportunity to work in the field of their expertise.
