To provide support in the day-to-day operations of Niche.
Handling client-employee correspondence, managing client accounts, Assisting in Niche Arabia events and other functions of Niche such as Fashion Forward Season 2, I traveled to Dubai so I can mange the Designer Aziz Humaid need and social media and orders after the show, although with the photographer and interviews that he will get.
Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling and preparing the CEO’s daily agenda.
• Assisting the senior’s executives on new events, exhibitions, projects by (research, following up).
• Coordinating & tracking senior executives (Domestic & international) shipments and Medical Expenses.
• Airline reservations and travel arrangements.
• Coordinating for corporate lunches, office drivers, outside meetings, and guest.
• Managing stationary inventories.
• Organizing new employees working place.
• Keeping records for bills and miscellaneous expenditures
• Managing recruitment for CV’s
• Attending with the team outside events, exhibitions such as (City Escape Ex 2013)
